Alerts your whole team can answer.

Send one alert from Uptime Kuma, a script or any other tool that can reach a web address, and everyone on call gets it at once. The first to open it takes it, and the repeats stop on every other phone. If nobody opens it in the minutes you set, your backups get it.

Everyone on the team needs an iPhone or iPad. There is no Android app. Already on a team? Sign in.

Who Teams is for.

An on-call group

Two people or more who take turns on call, and need to know someone has it.

A small business with a contact form

When a customer writes through your website, the people who should answer hear about it.

A company that needs a record

Staff sign in with the company account, lose access when they leave, and every change is written down.

Who it is not for

Just you

The free app already does everything for one person, and the Upgrade Pass adds your other devices.

A team on Android

Everyone who answers needs an iPhone or iPad. There is no Android app.

Phone calls and texts

Alerts arrive as a phone notification, an email or a webhook (a message sent to an address you choose, such as your team chat or your own system). Nowlark does not ring a phone or send an SMS. PagerDuty and Better Stack do.

What a team gets.

One alert, the whole group

Monitoring posts to a shared channel with its own key, and everyone on it is alerted. Up to 50 channels per team.

The first to open it takes it

Or, for the alerts that matter, keep alerting each person until they have opened it themselves.

Nobody opened it? It goes to your backups

After the wait you set, for example ten minutes, it goes to your backups. You choose who they are, and the order they get it in. This works when the first to open it takes it.

A contact form that alerts

One person claims a message so two do not reply. It can also go to a shared inbox by email, or to another app by webhook. See what forms do

Members use the free app

Everyone you invite installs the free app on an iPhone or iPad and joins by tapping the invite link you send. There is no Android app. Members never pay and never see billing.

A record of who did what

Every change to the team is in the activity log with who made it, and people lose access when they leave.

Personal or Teams. Pick the one that fits.

The free app costs nothing and the Upgrade Pass is bought in the app. Teams is bought on the web and needs no Upgrade Pass. Each card says who is paid.

Questions about plans and billing.

How do I know which one I am buying?

If the purchase happens inside the Nowlark app and the App Store asks for your Apple ID, it is the personal Upgrade Pass, paid to Apple. If you are on pay.nowlark.com looking at Paddle's payment form, it is a team plan, paid through Paddle.

Can the app buy a team plan?

No. Team plans are not sold in the app, and the app never asks whether a team has paid. The owner buys on the web; everyone else installs the free app and joins.

Do I need the personal Upgrade Pass as well?

No. Everyone on the team, the person who creates it included, uses the free app, and the team's plan covers everyone on it and its forms.

What does Paddle do?

Paddle is our reseller: you buy the plan from Paddle, so its name is on your invoice. It takes the payment, charges the tax that applies where you are, sends the invoice and handles refunds under its own terms.

What if the team outgrows Team?

Inviting more than 5 people or adding more than 3 forms shows that the plan is full; nobody is removed and nothing is charged. The owner moves the team to Team Plus, which has no limit on people or forms, from the team's Billing page, which shows the amount for the rest of the period before anything changes. Moving back works the same way, and the unused part becomes credit toward later payments.

Can I cancel?

Yes, at any time. The owner cancels, changes the card and downloads invoices from the team's Billing page, which opens Paddle's portal, or writes to support. The plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing is deleted when it ends: members, channels and what you received stay. Sending pauses until you pay again.

Start a team in three steps.

1. Get the app, then sign in on the web

In the free Nowlark app, open Settings › Console and choose Get a Sign-in Link. Open it in your computer's browser and save a passkey, so you sign in with your face, fingerprint or device PIN, with no password to remember.

2. Start your team

In the console, name your team and choose Create team. Invite people with a code or link, and they join in the app.

3. Buy a plan on the web

Try it first: on the Billing page, choose Start your 14-day free trial. No card is needed. When it ends, sending pauses until you buy a plan, and nothing is deleted. When you are ready, open your team's Billing page and choose Buy a plan. It opens Paddle's payment form on pay.nowlark.com.

Joining a team someone else runs?

Get the free Nowlark app on your iPhone or iPad, then tap the invite link they sent you. Nowlark opens and asks you to confirm. Sent a code instead? In the app, open Settings › Teams › Join a Team and paste it. If your company set up its own sign-in, you can enter your work email there instead. Your own alerts stay as they are.
