A WordPress contact form that alerts your team.
Add the Nowlark form block to any page. When a customer writes, the people you pick get an alert on their iPhone or iPad. The first to tap Take it answers, and everyone else sees who did, so two people never reply and nobody assumes someone else did.
The plugin is free. Version 1.0.0, for WordPress 6.5 or later.

Search for Nowlark form, paste your form's link, and see the form in the editor as visitors will.

Show the form where the block sits, a button that opens it over the page, or a button to the form's own page, named as you like.

Save your form once in Settings and every block uses it, or give a block a form of its own.

- What it costs
- The plugin is free. Your form comes with a Nowlark team: 14 days free with one form, no card. Then Team, $19 a month for up to 5 people and 3 forms, or Team Plus, $49 a month for any number of people and forms.
- Who runs it
- Nowlark, a hosted service of Skail Consulting LLC. Paid by card on the web, handled by Paddle.
- What it needs
- WordPress 6.5 or later and PHP 7.4 or later. It changes only the pages you add the block to, and deleting it removes its one setting. The people who answer use the free Nowlark app on an iPhone or iPad.
- What it sends
- Your WordPress server never contacts Nowlark. Your visitors' browsers load the form from nowlark.com and count each view and the fields reached, with no cookie and nothing typed. What they type is sent when they press Send.
Install it three ways.
Do it yourself
- Make your form in Nowlark: start a team at https://nowlark.com/teams (free for 14 days, no card) and add a form.
- Download nowlark-forms.zip from https://nowlark.com/wordpress (do not unzip it). In WordPress, go to Plugins, Add New Plugin, click Upload Plugin, choose the file, then click Install Now and Activate.
- In Nowlark, open your form and click Copy link. In WordPress, open Settings, Nowlark Forms, paste the link and click Save.
- Open the page the form goes on. Click the plus sign, search for Nowlark form and add that block. Click Save, Update or Publish.
- Last, let your site send the form (until then it shows but does not send). In Nowlark, open the form, enter the page's address under Put this form on your site and click Check my site. If your site is not allowed yet, click the button that adds it.
