Put the form you made in Nowlark on your Google site: copy the link, follow 6 steps, or let your AI agent do it, then check that it is live.
Three ways to do it, each ending with the same check. Start on the form's page in Nowlark, under Put this form on your site, and choose Google Sites.
Paste it in#
Click the Copy link button, add a button to your Google Sites page, paste the link as its web address, then publish.
Do it yourself#
On a computer:
- Open your site in Google Sites.
- In the Insert panel on the right, choose Button.
- Name it, such as Contact us, paste the form's link and click Insert.
- Click Publish at the top and, the first time, type a web address for the site.
- If Who can view my site names your organization, click Manage, set Published site to Public and click Done.
- Click Publish in that window.
Have your AI agent do it#
Click Copy prompt and paste it into ChatGPT, Claude or the coding agent you use. The prompt carries your form's link, these steps for Google Sites and how to check the form is live, so an agent that can edit your site places it and runs the check, and one that cannot walks you through each step.
Check that it is live#
- Back on the form's page in Nowlark, type the address of the page the form is on and click Check my site. Nowlark opens that one page and looks for the form's link.
- Fix anything it names, such as your site's address not yet being on the form's list of sites.
- Open your page in a new tab and click the button once: the status beside Check my site turns to Live when the form opens.
